If this is your first time at Esthetics with Maddy, we recommend beginning with our New Client Consultation Facial. This service with Maddy is the starting point for new facial clients, especially those planning to begin a corrective treatment pathway. During your visit, we’ll perform a detailed skin analysis, discuss your concerns and goals, and create a personalized treatment plan—all while you enjoy a renewing, glow-inducing facial. This appointment helps ensure we select the treatment focus and provider that will best support your skin’s long-term results moving forward. Cancellation Policy
Please check your email for our required intake form(s). We kindly ask that you have those filled out before your appointment. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Any no-shows will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit in order to book again. **At Esthetics with Maddy, each facial is carefully tailored to your skin’s unique needs. While we welcome your input and encourage you to share any preferences for products or techniques, the esthetician will ultimately determine the best approach based on your skin's condition at the time of your treatment.** Please note: Facial Duration: It is normal for a facial to conclude 1-10 minutes earlier than the scheduled time, as treatments are customized and some steps may take less time depending on your skin’s response. Time Adjustments: If a facial ends more than 10 minutes early, you will be refunded for the missed time at a rate of $1.50 per minute or it will be subtracted from your final total.
